Sam LaGambina is one of the founding Principals of 3-Point Construction & Development. He has an extensive background in real estate development, particularly in construction. Over his 35+ year career he served as President, Vice President, and Director for prominent Western New York real estate development firms. Mr. LaGambina has been instrumental in the acquisition, zoning, site planning, design, preconstruction, and construction of many notable projects throughout the United States. Mr. LaGambina is also a LEED (Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design) Accredited Professional.

At Three Point, Andrew is responsible for development site selection, acquisition modeling, and commercial loan underwriting. Andrew joined Largo in 2017. Prior to his role at Three Point, Andrew was responsible for underwriting, originating, and closing commercial loans across the United States. Additionally, Andrew served as a Managing Director for Largo’s client-based referral program, Largo Direct. Before joining Largo, Andrew worked for Morgan Stanley’s Equity Sales team in New York City. Andrew graduated from Duke University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy.
